4.Eligibility

Our services are available to Australian businesses only. By submitting an application, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to act on behalf of the business named in your application
• The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• The purpose of the funding is for legitimate business purposes

6.No credit check at enquiry stage

A credit check only occurs when you choose to proceed with a formal application through a specific funder, and we will notify you prior to that step.

7.Commissions and fees

Simdex Capital may receive a commission or referral fee from funders when a loan is successfully settled. This fee is paid by the funder and does not affect the rate or terms offered to you. We will disclose any commission arrangement before you proceed with a formal application.

There is no charge to you for using Simdex Capital's matching and referral services.
