1.Our commitment

Simdex Capital is committed to responsible lending practices. We only recommend funding options that we believe are suitable for your business's circumstances, based on the information you provide us.

2.Business-purpose lending

We facilitate business-purpose lending only. Business credit is generally outside the scope of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, which means some consumer credit protections do not apply to business borrowers. Even so, we hold ourselves to responsible lending standards in everything we do.

3.How we assess suitability

Before recommending a funding option, we consider:

• Your business's trading history and monthly revenue
• Your existing loans and repayment obligations
• The purpose of the funds and the amount requested
• Your property ownership position, where relevant
• Your ability to meet repayments without substantial hardship

4.No credit check at enquiry

Checking your eligibility with us has no upfront credit impact. A formal credit check only happens if you choose to proceed with a funder's application, and we will always tell you before that step.

5.Transparency about costs

Specific rates and fees are always disclosed in writing before you proceed with any application. We will also disclose any commission we may receive from a funder before you proceed. You are never obliged to accept an offer we present to you.

6.Borrow within your means

Secured lending puts an asset at risk if repayments aren't met, and any borrowing is a serious commitment. Make sure you understand the terms before proceeding, and consider seeking independent financial and legal advice.

7.If things go wrong

If you are experiencing financial difficulty or are unhappy with our service, contact us at submissions@simdexcapital.com or 0485 867 697. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may escalate it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at afca.org.au or on 1800 931 678 (free call).
